1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB / 岗位目标

- Sourcing of manufacturing equipment for inflator production 采购气体发生器生产所需的制造设备

- Technical/technological optimization of machines and assembly lines 设备与装配线工艺、技术优化

- Increase of productivity and effectiveness of the assembly lines 提升装配线效率与产量

- Project management and coordination of suppliers 项目管理并负责与供应商沟通

- Schedule and cost monitoring and ensuring compliance with related specification 计划、控制成本并确保符合说明书要求

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责

- Preparing of specifications for manufacturing equipment in accordance with the requirements of product, production capacity, production costs and the current regulations 准备与产品要求、产能、生产成本和现有规章制度相配套的生产设备说明书 - Execution of projects in plant engineering, taking account of dates and costs 执行设备工程项目并考虑工期与成本

- Coordination of projects, coordination of equipment designs, dates and interfaces between ZDAST, suppliers and subcontractors 协调项目并负责在ZDAST、供应商与转包商之间协调设备设计、日期和对接- Assistance of modernization measures of machinery and equipment 负责机械和设备现代化措施的援助

- Development and implementation of new processes 新工艺的开发与实施

- Ensuring the business management and quality requirements 确保业务管理与质量要求

- Coordination of technical personnel put at disposal in accordance with project requirements 根据项目要求协调技术人员配置

- Continuous improvement in quality, quantity, cost, safety, environment 持续改进质量、数量、成本、安全与环境

- Training of line staff and technical personnel 负责培训产线员工与技术人员

- Participation in the spare parts management 参与备用件管理

- Creation of work instructions 制定工作指南

- Creation of PFMEA 制定PFMEA

- Perform other job-related as assigned 完成领导安排的其他工作

3. KEY COMPETENCIES/ 资格能力要求

- Stop of production processes in case of emergencies, unsafe situations, quality problems and supply professional technical support to solve problems. 在发生紧急、危险情况与质量问题停止生产时能提供专业的技术支持帮助解决问题

- Stop of production lines for serious technical problems and solve problem on time 出现严重技术问题停止生产时能及时解决问题恢复生产

- Starting and coordinating of improvement measures 改进措施的启动与协调

- Release of production equipment for taking over by the production 根据生产需求确保生产设备稳定输出

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE/ 教育及经验要求 Training/study职业培训/教育经历

- Completed technical studies (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or others) 系统学习技术理论（如机械工程，电气工程或相关领域） Experiences and knowledge经验与知识

- Extensive knowledge in the mechanical engineering, modern industrial production, project management, trade-specific norms and regulations, material technology 在机械工程、现代工业生产、项目管理、商业规范与规则、材料技术等领域具有丰富知识;

- Industrial health and safety standards guidelines, PC knowledge, CAD knowledge, automation engineering 掌握工业行业健康、安全标准准则、PC、CAD与自动化工程知识。

Desired Skills期待的能力

- AutoCAD, machine guidelines and CE identification, risk management, MS Project, English 熟练使用AutoCAD软件、机械准则、CE鉴定、风险管理、MS Project与英语。
